Five camper van floor plans for individual travel: We introduce the new Ford Transit-based CV 600 DF camper van

  • New floor plan based on the popular CV 600 DB model
  • Etrusco Camper van series now offers five different layouts
  • From April 2022 first deliveries to dealers

From spring 2022 Etrusco is expanding its product family with the CV 600 DF model. The new camper van - based on Ford Transit - offers plenty of space and features for independent travel. In addition, the new base model is intended to improve the overall tight supply situation and can be ordered now.

Extension of the camper van series

With the new Ford-based model, Etrusco complements the further offered Fiat-based campervans, which are already known for their high comfort and travel fun. The new CV 600 DF camper van is also designed to visually enhance Etrusco's portfolio with its striking yet understated appearance. "The Ford Transit is a real eye-catcher on the road. Cool design and self-confident aesthetics as well as form and function cleverly combined," this is how Christian Striebel, Managing Director of Etrusco GmbH sums it up. "With the expansion to a second chassis supplier, we are also improving our delivery situation and can give our customers an early start to their holiday."

More engine power, many equipment options and new colour design

With a standard drive of 96 kW (130 bhp) and manual six-speed transmission, the new camper van is based on the Ford Transit 2.0 l EcoBlue. Optionally, the vehicle can also be configured with a powerful 125 kW (170 bhp). The approved automatic transmission, which ensures a very convenient driving experience, is available as an option for both engine variants. Numerous optional assistance systems create a particularly high level of safety and comfort while the high-quality multimedia package guarantees the best entertainment on board.

Thanks to its compact exterior dimensions and a length of 5.98 m, the CV 600 DF guarantees relaxed travel: from city trips in busy metropolitan areas to longer vacation tours away from the crowds. The camper van shines in new colour variants (Frozen White, Agate Black Metallic and Magnetic Grey). The new model variant also offers the option of the popular "Complete Selection" equipment package.

New floor plan – proven concept

Like all modern Etrusco campervans, the CV 600 DF stands for dynamic, stylish travel. The spacious interior and bright, modern living spaces provide a special homely ambience. With the addition of Ford models, the camper van range is offered in five different layouts. Etrusco focuses on individual customer needs and offers more room for creative customisation.

The CV 600 DF, like the similar CV 600 DB based on the Fiat Ducato, impresses with its open floor plan. The new, clever storage concept ensures a high level of comfort. For example, the interior designers have created new storage compartments above the side doors and increased the overall storage volume.

A new folding sliding door provides even more space in the bathroom area and increases moving space. Particularly family-friendly: the dual Isofix system for child seats comes as standard. The kitchen area has been adapted to the new chassis. For example, the sink and refrigerator are in a new position. Another highlight of the Ford model is the standard of the flush fitted windows. An optionally available downlight above the rear door creates the perfect lighting in the evening.

Like the previous models, the new Ford-based camper van offers fair price-performance ratio. The Etrusco vehicles are produced in Tuscany near Florence, Italy. The production plant is one of the most modern in Europe and manufactures exclusively high-quality and reliable motorhomes.
