Leutkirch, May 9, 2025: The stage is set for unforgettable family adventures: Etrusco, a brand of the Erwin Hymer Group, is expanding its product portfolio with a new series in the alcove segment. Whether it's versatile seating areas, more sleeping spaces, sophisticated storage solutions, or striking design accents: the new models in the base series A 6.9 DB and A 6.9 SB on Fiat chassis offer everything needed to make traveling with the whole family comfortable. The focus is on budget-friendly access to the world of alcoves – without compromising on value or brand DNA. The unmistakable look and feel of Etrusco remains fresh, stylish, with puristic details and practical functions. Here, the balancing act between aesthetic appeal and attractive conditions is achieved. This series will be presented for the first time at the 2025 Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf and is scheduled to be available from fall 2025 – just in time for the next travel season. Etrusco thus demonstrates once again how well the brand understands the current needs of motorhomers.

The Base family grows: The A models are coming

Following the successful debut of the Base T 6.9 SB in 2024, Etrusco is now introducing the next generation: the alcove models A 6.9 DB and A 6.9 SB on the Fiat Ducato. Both motorhomes impress with their minimalist design language, clever design concept, and homely ambience. Conveniently placed functional elements ensure maximum comfort on board. The A 6.9 DB is based on a proven floor plan from the Etrusco collection and, at just under 6.99 meters in length, combines compact exterior dimensions with a highly efficient interior layout. Thanks to the generous amount of space, these motorhomes offer several comfortable sleeping spaces, making them the perfect companions for families and small group trips. The A 6.9 SB takes a contemporary approach to design: With its single-bed rear concept, Etrusco practically implements a clearly recognizable user trend. With the T 6.9 SB, Etrusco already proved at the 2024 Caravan Salon that good style and quality don't have to be expensive. The new alcove models build on this philosophy – in the best Etrusco tradition and with a clear focus on affordable solutions for the mobile lifestyle.

Clever Room Layout: Made for Families

For the A models, the bathroom and kitchen have been consistently redesigned and are based on the findings of the semi-integrated models. The modern kitchen area is equipped with a multifunctional cooktop/sink combination and an XXL refrigerator with a 135-litre capacity including a freezer compartment. This means you're perfectly equipped for spontaneous family evenings and extended leisure activities. The brand's signature Vario bathroom offers ample space and can be converted into a shower cubicle in just a few steps. This innovative swivel bathroom was redesigned just last year in collaboration with the in-house team of technicians – with the goal of making the use of space even smarter. Now it's also evident in the alcove: In the A 6.9 SB, a duo of two single beds ensures restful sleep, which can be combined at any time to create a large sleeping area. The A 6.9 DB features a comfortable transverse bed. Additionally, the seating area can be converted into additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six people. Practical for outdoor enthusiasts: The spacious rear garage of both models can accommodate everything from bicycles to camping equipment. The storage hatch further facilitates loading and unloading. Another plus, carried over from the previous series, is the low coupé entry – a detail that noticeably simplifies everyday life and makes access to the motorhome more convenient.

Stylish living on the go

The Sicilia living world impresses with its distinctive style: The vibrant colour scheme harmonises perfectly with the black fabric of the seat upholstery, creating a tasteful aesthetic – already in series production. The inviting seating area transforms as needed – sometimes into a cosy lounge, sometimes into a practical dining area. New to the range – four design variants of the living worlds, which will be unveiled for the first time at the Caravan Salon 2025. Particularly clever: The optional Isofix anchorage makes family vacations a breeze.

Alcove: Classics with Cult Status

The A 6.9 DB and A 6.9 SB models set standards – and not just in terms of price. Even in the base version, the series impresses with extensive standard equipment. Modern assistance systems such as cruise control and Traction+ increase safety, while the continuous GRP construction of the roof, rear, and side walls, plus GRP floor protection, ensures durability. Particular attention was paid to the comfort factor: The wide body door with its low coupé entry facilitates entry and exit, while soft-closing drawers ensure high-quality handling. Those looking to add a personal touch can choose from a range of optional extras – from elegant framed windows to a practical second garage door.

The first models in this series will be available from fall 2025. A practical overall package that combines alcove driving pleasure with comfort.
